Everything is a Work in Process

Everything is a Work in Process

As an artist nothing ever feels complete. With hands in different projects and the critical eye always open, the “would haves,” “could haves,” and “should haves” are always a whisper away. Letting go of something is just as much work as building it up. Sometimes you feel like you are running in circles.
But looking at Degas’ dancers, it reminds me that those circles can be beautiful. From the mundane action to the structured pose, it all eventually comes together. And this is what I remind myself as I complete this significant update to my site and other portfolios. It is a significant process and one that will come together and grow.
